Job Summary:

The CCA Manufacturing Line Operator is responsible for setting up feeders and reels on the CCA manufacturing line in alignment with production schedules and specifications. This position ensures equipment operates efficiently, materials are accurately tracked, and products are properly moved throughout the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up feeders and reels on the CCA manufacturing line according to production requirements.

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Conduct inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate material counts and availability.

Move materials and products between workstations to support continuous workflow.

Document and report discrepancies, inventory issues, or equipment malfunctions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment related to production setup.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in equipment setup and inventory control.

Basic understanding of mechanical processes and production operations.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.

Desired Skill Sets: Proficiency in using CMES and SAP for inventory tracking and reporting. Accurate documentation of setup and inventory activities. Strong ability to identify and resolve setup or operational issues.
